Every piece in this edit exists to solve one specific problem: the ten minutes outside between where you are and where you're going.
Too heavy and you're carrying it by the second block. Too light and you're cold at the door. And most gym outerwear looks like gym outerwear at brunch.
So we cut ours clean, kept them light enough to fold into a bag, and made sure they read as a real layer over a set — or over everything else you own.
