This store is operated by DUVETMOON ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Prices are shown in US dollars. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

2. Orders and payment

An order is a request to buy. It's accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud — you'll be refunded in full.

3. Shipping

We ship to the destinations listed in our Shipping Policy. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner and usually leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by your country are your responsibility and are not included in the price you pay us.

4. Returns

Our return terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Pricing and product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric composition, fit, sizing and measurements. Colors may vary slightly between screens. Measurements are approximate.

All content on this store — text, images, logos — belongs to DUVETMOON or our suppliers and may not be reused without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
